Blood Gold is a Red Rising role-play community in which you can dive head first into the conflict. With Sovereign Karise au Lune of the Society dead and the Solar War begun in earnest, both sides of the conflict are hoping to put a swift end to the opposition in a conflict that looks more and more to be shaping up as a protracted and bloody affair.
On the one side, the Solar Republic has established the Republic Senate, and is reorganizing the mobile, cell-structured forces of the Sons of Ares into the Free Legions, which means they are in need of Senators to deal with their internal problems, and soldiers and commanders with whom to take the war to the Society Remnant and eliminate the colour pyramid once and for all.
On the other side, after the Sovereign's death the Ash Lord led a swift consolidation of power with few detractors. Nonetheless, the Society Remnant has need of talented warriors and commanders to take back the system, and there has never been a richer soil for young Legates and Praetors to prove their worth and thrive in.
And, of course beyond the Belt, the Rim Dominion has begun the reconstruction of the Ganymede Docks, and relief efforts to the victims of the Society's military campaign against the Rim are still ongoing even as raiders and looters threaten the weakest of their cities.
As the storms and ripples of war are felt by everyone, from civilian to senator, from hospital worker, to soldier. The purpose of this wiki is to eventually form a common resource from which to reference characters, lore, and events throughout the story.
